I was suffering with memory problems I tried many ways to get rid of it but nothing works to me then I fortunately come accros some ways to remember what I learn or read 1: read or learn with focus as much as you can 2: make their notes, that you can understand 3:then try to make understand others or yourself , at least 2 or3 times This helped mea lot to prepare my exams or learn anything I hope this will help anyone who is reading this comment SHARING IS CARING 👍👍

Here are the key powerful learnings from the video How to remember what you read | Nishant Kasibhatla: Focus on output over input. This means actively using what you learn, reflecting on it, and sharing it with others, rather than just passively consuming information. Visualization and association are powerful tools for memorization. Create mental images for what you're learning and link them together to form stronger connections in your brain. The best way to learn something is to teach it. Sharing your knowledge with others solidifies your understanding and helps you retain information better. Break down learning into manageable steps. This includes pre-reading, reading with focus and attention, post-reading reflection, and taking notes. Make learning a fun and enjoyable process. When you're having fun, you're more likely to stay engaged and retain information better. The speaker also emphasizes that anyone can train their brain to learn faster and improve their memory.

One think that also works for me is highlighting text with a marker: having to decide what’s the most important part of a text forces me to pause, understand, summarise and extract what’s the most important part. Also helps with memory and rehearsals of course :)

This reminds me of my teaching days. I taught an introduction to computers class (continuing education, so no strict curriculum) and the first day, I would ask what the students wanted to get out of the class. The reason I did this is because if someone is motivated to learn something because they want to do something with it, they will be more likely to absorb the material, they are more likely to use the skills I teach, and they are more likely to remember it.

Easy way to remember 30 and 31 day sequences of months is the FIST method. Once you bend your fingers into a fist the thumb is inside. Forget it. The other four fingers of the knuckle have 4 "ups" and 3 "dips". "Ups" are 31 days and "dips" 30 days (except, of course, the first dip - February), if you start counting with the index finger "up" as January and follow up to little finger up - July. Return counting start again with the little finger "up" itself as - August and end in Midfinger "up" - December.
