But I think in this competitive world competing with ourselves is not sufficient Rather we however have to compare ourselves with others Actually thing is in today's world marks does not matters what matters is the accuracy of attempting the paper and rank If you are getting 40/100 but Ur rank is like top 50 then u are treated as a topper But if u even get 80/100 but Ur rank is below 100000 which is most generally happening nowadays cuz of the competition , uare treated as an average student... So rather focussing on increasing marks , focus on Ur competitors I hope everyone knows how low scoring JEE exam is at 130/360 marks one can get an IIT .. that's what the demand is no one cares about your merit everyone will look at your competitive mindset cunning intelligence and time managing the game is not about 100% knowledge gaining the game is about application of 40% of your knowledge in a very short limited time..

It's really interesting that I got to know about the 5 points. But by law of nature sensual desire sometimes come in mind. It's normal. We just have to Abstain ourselves from those thoughts while studying or while serving the society by doing something valuable ... One thing I follow to memorise is that revision is utmost important. Every time I revise something I understand another new point about that topic that I was missing previously . So keep revising until short term memory convert into long term memory. Persistence is pivotal. That is my Mantra

I think god guided me to watch this video. I had put this video on my watch later playlist. And I have been constantly getting this video on my home page. I am class 10th currently giving my boards and somewhere I was having difficulty focusing on my studies. I think now I realise what I was doing which I didn't observe much. Thank you for this video as it helped me realise where I was getting stuck. Meditation is definitely something which is the best medicine to calm your mind and your body.
