Quazi, Robert St. John I think his name is he helps kids in Botswana w special needs but is very enlightened, 4bidden knowledge, Paul Wallis, looking into the gospel of Thomas, Mary and others. Manly hall, Neville Goddard, there’s so much truth out there and a lot of it makes a lot of sense. Basically knowing I know nothing except to say the Catholic faith is a farse along w all the Abrahamic religions. Quazi is helping me focus on myself while the others are breaking down the bullshit I’ve been fed since Sunday school and elementary school. That's exactly how I quit smoking. I prayed for 2 years for God to take away the desire for cigarettes. Then I listened to a podcast and decided to take that advice. I started visualizing that my tables were empty of ashtrays because I was a non smoker. I also started thanking God for taking away the desire instead of asking him to. July 19, 2015 I woke up and had no desire to smoke. Been almost 8 years and not only have I not had a smoke, but I haven't even craved one.

I feel absolutely phenomenal, and it just keeps getting better. I'm also less anxious, more in control of my emotions, and full of confidence. This shit is real. You feel so good, happy and comfortable with yourself that you have no need to be obnoxious and egocentric. You love yourself and you are in peace with who you are, while you are highly supportive of others to become their best self. 🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🧠 Identity shifting is a powerful concept related to Nikola Tesla's work on vibration and resonance. 01:20 🌐 Everything in the world is made up of energy and light, existing as vibratory frequencies, including thoughts and words. 02:42 💥 Harnessing the power of vibration, as Tesla did, can help shape your reality and destiny. 05:25 🔄 Identity shifting is a key to consciously altering your vibrational makeup and experiencing a different reality. 07:05 🤔 Initial exposure to the idea of identity shifting came from experiences in video games and realizing the power of self-perception. 10:08 🔄 Your identity deeply influences your world view, which in turn affects your thoughts, feelings, and actions. 16:00 🧘 Disassociating from your current identity is the first step in identity shifting, allowing you to consciously craft who you want to be. 19:25 🔍 Observing your thoughts and feelings and recognizing the observer begins the process of disidentification. 23:07 📚 Recommended reading: "Who Am I" by Sri Ramana Mahashi, which delves into the process of self-inquiry and self-identity. 24:20 🧙🏾♂️ In the video, the speaker discusses the importance of observing and becoming conscious of one's thoughts, feelings, and stories to shift their identity. 25:01 🧙🏾♂️ Staying as awareness and being completely aware of one's current identity can lead to a sense of peace and freedom. 25:43 🧙🏾♂️ The speaker emphasizes the need to consciously craft the identity of the next version of oneself to accomplish goals. 26:11 🧙🏾♂️ The video introduces an exercise called "creating your 2.0 character," where individuals draw their ideal self, define five superpowers, five accomplishments, and five key habits for that character. 30:29 🧙🏾♂️ Keeping a confirmation journal is suggested as a powerful method to ground beliefs and affirmations in reality and help shift one's identity. 36:05 🧙🏾♂️ The speaker discusses the dynamic nature of identity and the importance of grounding a new identity in reality to avoid inconsistency and maintain progress. 37:00 🧙🏾♂️ Two methods for staying in character and embodying the ideal self are mentioned: "Fake it till you make it" and creating a confirmation journal. 41:11 🧙🏾♂️ An invitation to join the speaker's "Reality Mastery Program" is extended to professionals aspiring to become entrepreneurs or existing entrepreneurs looking to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. So with cigarette in hand I wrote every morning and every evening , 15 times with feeling why I am a non smoker . I’ve never looked back and I actually can’t remember being a smoker . Now I am looking to shift my income. I don’t want to be corporate so I need to think of what it is I want to create. When I wrote my book I knew that when I made the statement, the universe would test me with chaos of some sort . So I was ready for it and I just ignored it . The transition from moving into nothingness requires you to silence the ego. The more you move into this nothingness the more you are able to see your attachments. It takes awareness and effort to be able to see where you were holding on. Once you acknowledge where you were holding on, then you have the ability to act upon it and work on yourself. Find where you doubt and fear and learn to very simply let them go. It is all meant to be so so simple. We create the distress. Know thy self, deeper and deeper to be able to consciously unblock all of the blockages, from then on you will be free.

When I was young I used to watch Michael Jordan and get so motivated, I'd sort of harness what it was like to be him, or what I imagined it was like, and it absolutely influenced my behavior in a positive way. This sort of thing can be powerful, to light up dormant parts of yourself and get them working. Often we may not know what we're capable of until we see someone else do it, which then allows us to put ourselves into their shoes and better know what it feels like to do it. Like parts of us know how to mimic so well that we can even take on deeper attributes of another person just by observing them. But truth is that it was inside you all along, you just needed something to show you it was.

Body weight, mass, height, etc….. all have been documented to unexplainably change to match the personality. That is what is crazy.

One example of many: Mar 11:24 - “Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you HAVE RECEIVED THEM, and they will be granted you. U have to see urself as having the thing and being the thing u want, then u will experience it. Other traditions teach similarly. The mystics have long known these secrets but it’s nice to see mankind catching up.

I found it profound!! Started making alot of progress for a person with PTSD anxiety!! He teaches we are not broken I took that concept with my mental illness!! I truely believe most conditions and mental illness do not require life long medication in order to get throughh!!!! Its actually has to do with our family beliefs and beliefs caused by trauma we take that on as identities!!!! Love this this video man you really put the rest together for me!!!

All this is pretty much an extended and in-depth explanation of the law of assumption. Love what you said about past traumas. It's so true. People choose to live in their lowest vibration and get stuck there, then wonder why there in undesirable circumstances. The hardest thing is positive self-talk and self awarness .
@lightarmy.888 Жыл бұрын
Im assuming you don't have the type of trauma that ruins your brain during childhood? You think it's a choice for everyone, as if all people have an equally working brain. You have no idea, obviously what real severe trauma does to a person. It's not a choice for many. Only someone that has not experienced that kind of trauma would think that way. Empathy is not for everyone. You are not able to put yourself in their shoes, you just assume everyone is able to do everything everyone else can. Severe childhood trauma ruins your brain, making it nonfunctional, and handicapped. You think people with a damaged brain can choose to make the same choices as someone who doesn't have a brain that was damaged by other people. You try living in this world after childhood trauma so severe you can't function as a normal human anymore and will never be able to.. then tell us how easy it is to just choose to be someone you are not. These people are broken, have been abused so badly they no longer function.. it's not a choice a lot of the time. Only people without that kind of trauma would tell you you can just pretend to be someone else and the literal physiological changes in your brain just happen.. it doesn't. that's why people turn to drugs to deal with the trauma, it's not a choice, it's a necessity.. which people like you could never understand.. because without knowing exactly what it's like to go through that kind of thing, you will never ever know what it's like to live with that trauma every single moment of your life. If you didn't have severe childhood trauma you can't go around telling people to just choose to be different, that's just plain evil because it shows a huge lack of empathy and lack of understanding what this trauma does to someone's brain. It causes actual physiological changes, which the person did not choose to have happen to them. Those changes are everlasting and you can't just choose to change how your brain was damaged. You don't understand what it's like to live with that kind of trauma, so stop judging people and judge yourself instead. Your lack of empathy needs serious attention.
@bigmacklargefries Жыл бұрын
@Light Army oh I'm sorry. Did I trigger you? Where did I begin...... let's start with your arragonce, or is it ignorance, shall we. Claiming and judging to know another over simple words. You know nothing about me as I know nothing about you. So, for you writing what you have, it just proves your level of understanding of what empathy is. The projection of your own pain on to another...... did it make you feel better to do that? At a guess, I'd say biarderline if not narcissistic. And not to mention the lack mindset of poor me or playing the victim card. Did all this trigger you again? Good, I hope it did, because it just means that if you're able to be triggered so easily, you're easily controlled by a stronger mind, that has done the inner work, accepted the past traumas and chosen to be the leader of them self. I truley hope that you receive the help that you need to become a whole person once again.
@lightarmy.888 Жыл бұрын
@@bigmacklargefries i see you don't understand empathy at all, do a simple search for the definition. funny you claim im judging when thats exactly what you just did, which is projection, even more interesting is that it is a narcissist trait, so more projection of your 'self'. i only stated that anyone who thinks that way clearly has never experienced extreme trauma that literally ruins the function of your brain forever, which is obviously true the level of understanding just isnt there with you people who think its a choice, you so clearly don't understand what that kind of traima does to a person and judge people based on your lack of understanding then attack anyone who points it out, this time its me.. but you seem good at it as if you do it often to people who point out ypur hypocrisy.. you went off in a rant claiming im doing the things you are in fact doing, which are easily verified by your comments for anyone who studies narcissists.. obsessively, as i have for the past 3 years straight. you all act the same and are super easy to spot once people know what to look for. you dont like being challanged with facts. facts don't care about your feelings and neither do i.. you can name call all you want but the more you write the more you expose yourself.. so please keep going.

I choose to rise above my 3D and traumas but the thing I struggle with is when dealing with other people when they ask about my life. Job interviews for instance. Or the workplace in general. I don’t want to outright lie, but as soon as people find out I’m a widow with four children, I can sometimes FEEL like I’m stuck. I sense their pity or morbid curiosity “How did he die? How old was he? Oh it must be so tough…” And I hate it! I don’t want to align myself with that life anymore.
@bigmacklargefries Жыл бұрын
@Edu83 I congratulate you on your choice. It's not an easy path, but it's worth it in the end. Choseing not to devulge every single detail of your life to people you don't want to is not lieing,it's called self-preservation. Not everyone needs to know. All that you need to know is that you hold the truth with in your self. If you have a good heart others will try to take advantage of that to some degree. So not giving full details can't be lying. In saying that though be conscious, of your thoughts in trying times like that. Because remember our thoughts are what we become. (Actions) And every action has an equal and opposite reaction . We can only control what we do, not what others do. 👍 All of these words may seem a lot , but really, it's all very easy👍 Love and light.

18:15 most people are entrenched in their thoughts and feelings, they own them! Brilliant analysis, my engineer, friend! That means we spend our time fighting and defending our thoughts and feelings, because we think they are real, and assume they are who we really are… Thanks for debunking this absurd notion, and setting us free… That thought is intoxicating and liberating… Thank you so much!
@autumn5852 Жыл бұрын
Thoughts, as you first pointed out, are neither intoxicating nor liberating, unless as you say we believe them to be, but no-thought on the other hand doesn’t need to be intoxicated or liberated as it’s already free and freedom is where it’s at, not more money or being a better version of who you think you are ~ as you first pointed out before you changed your mind, thoughts own people they don’t set them free

You have to change your daily routines and habits to create a new identity and outcome. Even just starting something like a yoga class and meeting new people there will begin shifts that need to take place in your life, consciously and unconsciously. Staying still, doing the same things every single day will leave you stagnant and feeling unfulfilled…even if you look around and seem to have everything you want/need. You have to break the cycle to imagine a different path for yourself, and the universe will reciprocate.

This is amazing! In my work we call this the BTEA equation. Beliefs lead to Thoughts lead to emotions lead to actions (which leads to outer world outcomes). Therefore your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. How do we change the outer world? By changing the inner relationship to self. This is one of the primary pillars I use in my coaching to help people go from insecure attachment to becoming securely attached in their relationships for more fulfilling and happier relationships. It works! Your videos are fantastic, I’m subscribing ❤

I started stating wants as facts. I wanted 'family land' I got family land... I feel called to build an oasis in the desert, I've been told that everything I've wanted was to much for me, or that I can't do it because of my health because I'm broken. I shifted my mindset from I'm broken and sick to my nervous system malfunctions and it doesn't stop me. That I'm one tough cookie that won't allow pain to stop me, and there's nothing I can't do... And I've managed to do every last thing I put my mind to. I'm no longer thinking of myself as others see me, now I just want others to see and validate who I am... Because unless others see it then I feel like I'm lieing to myself. It doesn't matter how I see me, if the rest of the world sees something completely different I did the physical identity shift.... I assumed the Liberian soccer mom on the outside :) now I need to believe myself and who I am and loose the need to be seen by others. And the thing about control and manipulation of life. I shifted from broken struggling mom and caretaker to a homesteading strong independant individual

Love the video Quazi. Understanding the creation of the self is fascinating, and I believe your teaching to be a great step towards the future. I hope to add (as a humble idea 🤭) that where I differ is that I don’t believe it is up to us to “create” our personality. To explain, I’ll use your metaphor of emptying the Self. My belief is from this part of the process, instead of choosing who to become (as this is still the fulfillment of the ego), we must simply surrender. From this point, we are granted divine perfection and given the path to our highest timeline. We simply trust, knowing our time here is perfectly laid out for us. Thanks again for sharing ☺️. Enjoying the listen.

I agree with you, but he does come much closer to this than you are assuming, 'by channeling' like he says, instead of manipulating. Maybe not so much 'taking action' is necessary, whereas acknowledging the distractions of the mind and body through our external experiences, and going back to the awareness and consciousness (the personality) we were born with, is the key to connecting to our higher self, raising our frequency, and living as we aspire to 'through this experience' / or reshaping of our avatar, if you will.

I like this exercise, reminds me a lot of the SIMS game where you basically live a second life. Which in context, if you think about it, is what we are doing anyways: living in a kind of simulation and we are in control of who we want to be, look like, work, etc. This way makes it easier for me to understand and grasp the concept he is talking about. I think this is similar to another technique I had a realization of recently, namely after listening to descriptions of how the body acts as a limiter to consciousness rather than generating it: Take a step back to realize your conscious self isn't necessarily the "character" you are in this life... then as this true detached self, consciously act as an author writing what is about to happen (what it's about to feel, to do, etc). Can't say I tested the results but it feels right and seems to have the same energy, so just dropping my version as well in case it helps anyone.
