If you have the piano sheet for the song you want to play, 1 = C, 2 = D, 3 = E, 4 = F, 5 = G, 6 = A, and 7 = B

The different pianos in the game have different sounds. I am pretty sure mine is the free one that everyone gets Edit: I checked and its just called “piano” in the shop and its worth 1088 clues. I think the free one is the organ.
