You will get no duplicate A skin after you got all the A skin. After you got all the A skin you possibly will gate duplicate

I heard a trick about opening essences when the server time restarts, I haven't gotten an actual A skin yet from the crossover, but from the other essences, I got quite a lot of lower rank skins in a row! (Btw I saw it from Geishagaming)♡

After saving around 6 essences(to try the midnight server method) I soon got mad after a loss and decided to just yolo it and open them all. Was surprised to see golden light and was hoping to get misa misa(im a mech main) but was dissapointed to see L(I dont own Luca). After trying the char out, guess for who I'm saving clues for:) (

No. It's not possible. I noticed that the "deeper" you go in Logic Path you get other dices than the first one

There is only one logic path so you'll get the death note essence either way. You can check how far you are from one by scrolling or clicking on the blue book on the bottom left of the logic path
