Guys, i think it happened to all of us. We’ve procrastinated deleting photos so ours storage filled up, then the iPhone didn’t let us delete any pictures so we tried to restart, then the bug came and now we’re all here. It happened to me yesterday and I was so pissed, because no update I’ve tried to install was working. What I decided to do is to leave the phone with the apple logo on overnight, which made the phone magically functional like normal!! So before u guys pay for stupid programs or delete your whole device, try what I did - just leave the phone with the logo on for as long as it takes, and see if that works!

So I didn't do it because I'm not gonna pay for someone else's mistakes and I found out that the phone is really stable as long as the Power Saving mode is enabled. Hope this helps everyone!

Perform a hard reset on the phone(volume up,volume down and then hold power button) until the apple logo comes up again and then let go, if that doesnt solve the problem, connect your phone on computer and go to itunes and restore the iphone(unfortunately at this last solution your data will be erased if you haven't backed it up before it went dead). If this last solution doesnt work and your phone is in warranty, congrats you can get a replacement phone from apple. But if you're out of warranty,You are fked.

Does anyone else have my problem? My phone isn't exactly "STUCK" on the apple logo screen, because it does eventually turn to just a black screen - but then it goes right back to the apple logo screen. Sooo, my screen does eventually switch from the apple logo screen, but as soon as it does switch to the blank black screen -- it just goes back to the apple logo screen. Basically, it goes back & fourth off of screens. XP

DiaryOfJay do you have a back up of your data? cause if you do, i recommend resetting your phone. just download itunes from your computer or laptop and reset it. :) my phone always does this its so annoying.

Thanks so much, it worked for me and it was actually so simple. I had previously called Apple but the service representative couldn’t fix it. She had suggested for me to hold down the power button and either the volume up or down buttons simultaneously but it never worked. However, when I tried your method of pressing the volume up, down and then power button just worked for me. You saved me a trip to the apple store this afternoon

Doesn’t work on my IP11. After pressing up down and holding the side button, it just persists. If I hold long enough, the image asking me to plug into a computer to restore. Prior to this it simply said Face ID was deactivated. Apples help page said to check for software update. I did update the iOS and that led to the boot loop

I just got my phone out of the bootloop after trying everything for the last 2 hours. What worked for me, in the end, was using the forced restarting method. It didn't work the first couple of times but I kept on trying and after some time it worked. I hope this information can help more people

This worked! Omg thank you so much. Woke up this morning to this on my screen and panicked. Let it cycle for like 5 hours at work this morning then decided to watch this video. Once the initial “flashing” of the screen happened, it was plugged into my computer and my phone immediately popped up on my computer and told me I need to update. It said my phone was in recovery mode and that I could either update or lose everything off my phone. I updated (took over an hour to update) then it finally came on! So far doesn’t look like I lost anything. Thanks again and happy holidays!!

KAY GUYS UPDATE MY PHONE IS NOW ON AND WORKING AND ILL TELL YOU WHAT I DID Yes, i had restore my phone, but i didn't loose everything because, i checked from my MacBook and turned out my last update was 2 days ago. so if you want to check when your last update was (bc sometimes you or apple or wherever you got your phone from, could have put it on automatic updates and then your phone will back up automatically like mine did, i didn't even know it was on but thankfully it was. - go onto another apple device (MacBook or another iphone) - log into your iCloud - tap your device and then it should show you when the latest backup of that device was after you check and you are ready to restore here's was you do next, do exactly what he said to so in the tutorial of him explaining how to restore it. (video link in description) TIME STAMP : 4:23 so it took me a couple tries but i just downloaded iTunes on my pc since i can't plug in a usb into my mac, so i put my phone into recovery mode and if kept disconnecting at first, but i did it again and it then started to work, it literally took like 5 minutes it didn't take long at all. so then your phone will turn on as if you just got it. you will need to set up face ID, passwords, iCloud, backups, etc. after i did that my phone is now recovering from iCloud and that took about 10 minutes or less. After your icloud is done restoring, an apple logo will pop up with a line underneath, but don't worry its just restoring and updating still, and that'll takes like 3 minutes. so yeah my phone is not locked out anymore and everything is there, but omg i really tough all of my pictures were gone because it said 0 in recent and i was about to cry, but my camera roll was still updating and like 200 pictures came in at a time, and everything is there. im assuming its taking longer because i have like 1000+ photos lmfao, so if that happens to you done worry, i hope this helped!! I'm so glad its not stuck in a loop anymore and i hope i never have to deal with that again bc i swear im going to android bc apple obviously doesn't have their shit together.

What's weird is that my Apple sign doesn't flash unless it's connected to a charger. I tried your method but didnt work at all !!! Edit: Went to the apple store, they said the phone is not possible to turn back on so the only thing I'm left to do is buy a replacement(which was 500 for the same phone) Sad :,( Edit edit: got an iphone xr and its worth getting rather than getting the same phone. I got it for around $549 (tax+ warranty+64 gb storage). Totally worth it if you ask me just 49 bucks more. Its worth the upgrade.
