Rachel Noe What you have to do is plug in your phone to your computer and press the home button and the sleep button and volume up button and then your phone should say iTunes recovery mode and then go to your computer and press update on the iPhone section. It should update. This took me about 2 tries and your phone shouldn't be in a loop and then your phone will ask for your password. And now you're set. I hope this works for you :) :)

Help! So my phone has been on low storage for awhile, and then I started having problems. My phone would restart, delete and restore all my photos on a continuous loop. It died the other day and when I connected it, I saw the apple sign pop up. I disconnected it as soon as that happened [expecting itd be on the home screen soon enough] but its just stayed on the apple since then.

SonicHedgehog34 sadly no. It didn’t ruin my phone trying it, so I’d give it a try. But I just put that phone aside and got a replacement phone (iPhone 7). I just switched my SIM card. I have the phone set aside to take it to apple and ask what may have caused it and possibly get it fixed. I’m sorry the same happened to you. It really sucks losing a phone and information/photos on it.

Found a better way: With the device powered off, plug one end of your USB cable into the iPhone 6s Plus and leave the other end disconnected. Press down on the Home button, and keep holding it down while you plug the USB cable into your computer. After 5-10 seconds, you should see a "Please Connect to iTunes" image on the iPhone 6s Plus, and iTunes should prompt you to restore the software; follow the prompts and the instructions given above.

Ok, I am going to attempt to be helpful. If you are going through all of these videos and nothing is working, here's what I did after 3 days of hell. I dragged my computer out of my closet, booted it up. I opened iTunes and updated it to the most current version. That forced me to restart the computer. Before I opened iTunes, I plugged in my iPad to the computer. Then I opened iTunes, and pressed the power/sleep buttons simultaneously until the screen turned black with a wire indicating to plug into iTunes. iTunes had some pop-ups to enter the passcode and to those prompts I cancelled. I waited for the screen prompting me to recover or to update. Select update so you do not have to start over and you can keep your data.. The computer will download a giant update file. By then, your iPad may have returned to the white screen. That's ok. Wait for download to finish. You may get another stupid passcode prompt press cancel for it. Then, once download is complete (look for arrow pointing down in upper right corner for status update for me the DL took about 35 mins) you can proceed to update your iOS without the passcode. So if your screen went back to white again, with the black apple, press the power/wake plus home button until you get the wire to iTunes black screen again. The iTunes will notice, you may have to cancel the passcode prompt yet again, but then you will get prompts to update the system. It will take about 35-1hour. Seriously. And DO NOT LEAVE THE MACHINE! Stay close by. It will work. Oh and at the end, unplug your iPad once it starts asking you to set up as a new iPad or from a previous backup and do another back up later on when you can. Hope this helps. Best ❤️

ST WH my phone got restored 😞 I plugged it into iTunes through my pc , it updated and still same thing happened I didn't know you should update it twice. My bad, I just chose the Restore option and was depressed for how many hours. All my photos and videos were gone. Good thing I have a backup in google photos but no luck with my videos. LifeWithSelG Just go to you computer and on the NEWEST version of iTunes go to update with your phone being plugged in. It should take about 5 tries. It will update and NOTHING will be lost.

Hi iDeviceMovies my iphone is stuck on the apple logo screen and i tried force rebooting it as you described in this video. My iphone switched off for a second or two before turning itself back on and was still stuck on the apple logo screen. I even tried pressing up on the volume for 2 minutes and nothing changed. I tried this twice. Today my iphones memory was very full and I tried downloading lots of pictures off the internet but before they could appear in my library I turned off my iphone. Could my Iphones lack of memory and the input of pictures be the problem? How do I fix this?

this happened to my iphone 6: When i plugged in the charger, The Apple logo come out but then the screen turned into black screen again. i try it with a different cable and also adapter. but its remain the same. I tried all step hard reboot safe mode. hm. i think i should buy a new phone. hahaha

Same phones been low on storage. I delete stuff, like photos i don't need, to take more photos. SO theres never a lot of space available. It often force closes apps for this reason. It died the other day and when I connected it, I saw the apple sign pop up. I disconnected it as soon as that happened [expecting it'd be on the home screen soon enough] but its just stayed on the apple since then.

What you have to do is plug in your phone to your computer and press the home button and the sleep button and volume up button and then your phone should say iTunes recovery mode and then go to your computer and press update on the iPhone section. It should update. This took me about 2 tries and your phone shouldn't be in a loop and then your phone will ask for your password. And now you're set. I hope this works for you :) :)

mine kept turning off and on, the kogo would appear then desaoear then re appear when it was plugged in. when it was unplugged it would do it once or twice and then die. This method saved me a lot of time and frustration on figuring out what was wrong thank you very much
