The lyrics of the kriti is very touching and with perfect Bhakthi it was composed by Kalaimamani Sri Cuddalore M Subramaniam.
Its excellently rendered by Smt Nithyashree Mahadevan.
I have seen several rasikas of her listen to this song with tears when she sing the lines of '' KASHTAME VANDHALUM KAI THOOKI VIDUVAYE KANN KANDA DEIVAME "".
She really gives life to any kriti by way of rendering all with perfect devotion. Bhakthi Rasam is showered from her beautiful voice which mesmerising the rasikas.

Namaskaram sir I agree with you and my grandfather kalaimamani Sri Cuddalore M Subramaniam composed this song in Manolayam and the lyrics and Notations are available in his Tamil Isai THENDRAL book. Kindly do login www.cuddaloremsubramaniam.com. There are few artists singing in Sivaranjani and other ragam I think Suthradhari ( I forgot that name which smt.Nithyashree mahadevan" s mother conveyed to me).
