When I bought my place all I had was a strong back and a little red lawn mower, I cut down the trees with my chain saw and then burnt them. I could not afford to have it done. But now 18 years later our place looks like a park. Hard work. Keep on doing what your are doing. I watch and am envious that I did not have that machine. It took us several years before we built our home. I was 79 yesterday

Hi Dave, I have watched a bunch of your videos and am absolutely blown away with the equipment you have and love the way you describe what your plan of attack is going to be and then at the end of the day you explain why you did what you did. I missed out on the video where you where going around the pond clearing brush. Would love to have seen the final, finished job. How often do you change those blades? isn't there rocks on that soil? This is definitely a most equipment for those in KY, TN, AL or MS LOL much better than a lawn mower... so satisfying seeing everything turn to mulch!!! LOL

I’ve just not seen somebody doing such short little passes 5 feet forward 5 feet backwards just over and over. I just watched another video where a guy does two quick passes and instead of zigging and zagging back-and-forth thousands of times he does a quick pass to knock everything down and then goes back and does a slower pass to break everything up and it looks beautiful and it’s a lot easier on your equipment and body

Burning pine in a chimney or flue builds up all kinds of volatiles, just a matter of time before the roof is on fire.

At the end when showing some of the metal and trash that is obscured, heck if I were the property owner I would throw a match at it and let it get exposed then finish up. Less to search for and less to mulch.

@IDigIt4 Why would you exit the cab and leave the drum on the mulcher spinning??? 8:50-8:55 area of the video.... EXTREMELY dangerous! Good way to end up dead. It's not worth it ... not for filming... not for anything. It takes one time for you to get it very wrong and you're dead. There is nothing to gain by leaving that drum running while you exit the cab and shoot video.

I used to love flailing with a road-rail machine here in the UK, the only problem was that most of it was done at night with only the machine lights, and one of the biggest problems we had was people dumping old mattresses down embankments which would then be coved by weeds, and you only knew it when one got tangled up in the flail head, you then had to cut it out with a pair of wire cutters and a hammer and chisel.
