My resolutions can only last for 2 weeks of January give or take a day or two, then back to junk food, chocolate, gin and tonic and being a couch potato. I could murder a horse burger now . I wonder if I could borrow one from leila's husband 🤔 Fare thee well for now and many thanks for your dog's bollocks lessons Sabrah. 🤗

Do you know, Sabra, that I am going through these days in shock, and your lesson for today is a consolation for me... I thank you with all my heart and I love you... and I congratulate you on your strength in giving up alcohol for a month... and I pray to God to open your heart to Islam and grant you Paradise... You are very kind.💗💗💗

My Sabe, my lovely, my ray of sunshine, my ears' delight, my one and only rose of England, 🌹😊 What a lovely surprise and above all, what a great pleasure and joy to meet you again for a new and real beautiful lesson :-) I liked all these interesting idioms and expressions linked to new beginnings and changes. Some were new to me and I learnt something, so thank you for that and your excellent explanations and relevant examples I won't go into too much detail about the resolutions, as I think I developed them sufficiently in my last little speech ;-) But what about you ma belle? have you taken some new resolutions for that year? Merci beaucoup Sabrah ! bisous, Love 😘🌹❤

My year starts on the vernal equinox, but I do use common new years to get a head start on resolutions... just got my vision board up yesterday, my resolutions are going ok for a head start, but I must get more strict with my diet & some other health stuff and after this box of mulled spiced wine is gone.... I will not drink until my new years with an optional exception for Valentines day, if my lover wants some champagne I will get us a bottle that will be up to her.

Dear Madam Teacher Sabrah,many thanks for great,amazing lesson! I'd like to speak English fluently,clearly and confidently in this year.Probably, it is only a dream,because I'm not a smart. I'm so sorry! And next resolution - I'd like to drink only non-alcoholic beer (more healthy - my humble opinion).I wish YOU all the BEST in this year - you deserve that absolutely. Have a nice,pleasant time.

Appreciate your work. I've got a quick question, though, if I may. How can I go cold turkey on a bird I've been in a relationship with for the best part of a year?

~~~~~~ Gliding on the mirror ~~~~~~ Graceful profile of an acanthus, stunning, His black beak concealed within a bright gullet Along the pine trees, a place of shade and peace, He meanders and leaves water lilies and reeds. Soundless, 'neath the glass of the deep shores and calm Proud stance chasing waves with his ample palms, He glides and the down of his sides resembles Like snow of April that to the sun crumbles. But, firm and dull white, throbbing at the zephyrs, His great wing takes him along like a slow ship. He raises his proud neck high up above the reeds, Dives it, and strolls it stretched out o'er ripples. Trailing behind him the wake of a sailing He goes with a late and a languid movement. The cave where the poet listens to what they feel, And the spring that weeps for an ever absent, Pleases him; he prowls there; then a willow leaf Lightly swirling falls and brushes his shoulder. Sometimes he pushes off, and, far from the dark rim Superb, leading on the side of the azure, ... He chooses, to feast his praiseworthy whiteness, The dazzling placeline where the sun is mirrored. When waters' frontier is no longer distinct, At the time when all form is a confused spectre, When horizons turn brown, striped with long red lines, When not a single rush or gladiola rustles, The hour when frogs croak on the shoreline And will-o-the-wisps in the moonlight sparkle, The bird, in the dark lake where under him reflects Glorious splendors of milky nights, violet Like a silvery vase among shimmering gems, Sleeps, head under wing, between two infinites. Fab., february 2023. 🌹❤ 🦢
