My resolutions can only last for 2 weeks of January give or take a day or two, then back to junk food, chocolate, gin and tonic and being a couch potato. I could murder a horse burger now . I wonder if I could borrow one from leila's husband 🤔 Fare thee well for now and many thanks for your dog's bollocks lessons Sabrah. 🤗

My Sabe, my lovely, my ray of sunshine, my ears' delight, my one and only rose of England, 🌹😊 What a lovely surprise and above all, what a great pleasure and joy to meet you again for a new and real beautiful lesson :-) I liked all these interesting idioms and expressions linked to new beginnings and changes. Some were new to me and I learnt something, so thank you for that and your excellent explanations and relevant examples I won't go into too much detail about the resolutions, as I think I developed them sufficiently in my last little speech ;-) But what about you ma belle? have you taken some new resolutions for that year? My year starts on the vernal equinox, but I do use common new years to get a head start on resolutions... just got my vision board up yesterday, my resolutions are going ok for a head start, but I must get more strict with my diet & some other health stuff and after this box of mulled spiced wine is gone.... I will not drink until my new years with an optional exception for Valentines day, if my lover wants some champagne I will get us a bottle that will be up to her.

I turned over new leaf because I retired ay the end of 2023. So I got a new léase of live joing the gym and rebotting my English lessons.

This new year I decide to start with a clean state no anymore job with people's who could seem friendly and lead to Toxic friendship . I won't mix work and feelings I will have no chit chat about my personal life even thought I am an affable kind of person.
