Idioms in English Conversation | Once in a Blue Moon

I like this expression. It sounds nice having the word 'moon' on it. I know it says 'Blue Moon' but it remembers me of a 'full moon' which happens just once in a month and the expression is so perfect taking this into account.

We like it too! And a 'blue moon' is actually when there are 2 full moons in a calendar month. Very rare!
