It's not the same Tessica is a 40 yr old woman who does crafts, people who do crafts no better. She knew it was not for the hair She even said on a interview that she knew it wasn't supposed to be on her hair. She already had it at her house. This man did the same thing put a product on his skin, his lips, knowing it wasn't for the skin. Both cases would be thrown out of court. It would be negligence on their part. It is not Maine Wood Concepts Inc company fault, who owns gorilla glue. What McDonald's did was negligence on them. I used to work at McDonald's when I was in high school, that coffee is hot as hell. The coffee would be to hot for the styrofoam sometimes and they knew it. Just told us to be careful. Several employees burnt themselves
