I don’t find the need to post on videos often, but this isn’t just music, this is art, and like any masterpiece, it has moved me. The pain in the lyrics and the way Joe sings them match the pain that’s been inside me since I lost my wife two years ago. I am not an angry man, but I am a broken one, and this isn’t something that you either get or you don’t, this song gets me. Thank you, boys, for giving a 35-year-old widower with barely little will to live a bit of catharsis. My pain will come back-it always does-but for the moment, listening to this on repeat, I feel lighter.

This Is a song i will never get tired of. I used to play this song when I started to feel sad or depressed and unfortunately I have been finding myself here more frequently as of late. There are no emotional pain killers but every time I hear the DAMAGE it comes pretty close. I think everyone can conjured up a certain memory with the lyrics and for me these memories just keep coming. Hopefully one day I will look back on this comment and say to my past self that I am finally over this.

"if you see me down on my knees" and we all have been there to varying degrees. theres also a verse in colossus that has given me a suit of armour to go forward with.

Watching this live was one of the most haunting experience, gave me full body goose bumps. The anger on Joe’s face, you can feel the pain. Fuck me up.

Saw y'all at the Paper Tiger in San Antonio last night. My ears are still ringing and my finger is broken but this song was my favorite of the entire set.

I don't really watch clips, I listen to albums. But of all the Idles clips I've seen, this is perhaps the first that has lived up to the song. For me, anyway...
