Incredible battle report, thanks for posting! The only game I've seen where you've used Pythagoras' Theorem to determine a move. Some notes: As others have stated, DoK doesn't get to reroll 1s to hit in shooting anymore :( The 5+ FNP from Hagg-Nar is only for wounds, not mortal wounds (you still get a 6++ against mortals, just not a 5++) The shooting snakes didn't have a reroll charge available in Round 4, there was no hero nearby. Don't forget mortal wounds from the boats in IDK hero phase, quite a few rolls were missed. Quite the excellent report (as always), this channel really strives to show an entertaining match every time and follow the rules as closely as possible. Cheers!

Idoneth are just disgustingly strong. Fast movement, high saves, anti-shooting shenanigans, stacking attack buffs, ignore rend.

Jack you can't reroll ones to hit with shooting from blood rites anymore it's melee only. Also Hagg Nar 5+ got nerfed and is only against wounds now and not mw and lastly the vyper is roll equal or higher to slay, you cheated yourself out of a dead eel! 😁

Wow, you are correct. The point at which you test to control an objective is not the same as when score the objective. I think that is where the confusion comes in. The point at which you control at objective is defined in page 236 of the core rules while the conditions where you score an objective are described in each battle plan.

Great Battle report! What an exciting game. I fully expected DoK to win; and even though they are my army, I was rooting for IDK because the DoK list just seemed overpowered to me. (I guess I was wrong!). Where did you get the pillars that you used on your IDK army bases? I loved them and could use them to fix a couple of difficult terradon models! I also really liked the Ishlaen guard conversion. Some of your models are so cool, I wish you had close ups of them.

Blessing of Khaine prayer allows re-rolls of the Fanatical Faith trait, which itself is boosted via Devoted Disciples (but only for regular wounds, not mortals).
