For non-tech part ...1st you should know your strength and hit that subjects 1st like math, apti, material etc ...focus on technical subjects.... don't waste much time on current affairs and environment....just study whatever is taught by teachers ...

Terms and conditions are given in every NIT... everyone is allowed who fulfills the conditions.. Newcomers are not allowed bcs - 1. It's about our defence system...so confidentiality issues 2. Large and risky projects ...so only experienced allowed Even new contractors are not entertained in any PSUs.
