My husband is an IES officer(IRSE), many people have commented about stressful job of railway officers. I would like to say that it is only stressful if you are not a good manager. Work is hectic but very satisfying. My husband is very happy to be in this job and we have a good peaceful life. Please don't discourage aspirants by putting forth a wrong picture.

Definitely, this is supposed to be an unfiltered talk between you and me. Facilities vary from department to department. From one department we ahve to make a separate video. And there are 15 deparments of Civil Engineering only

CIVIL BEINGS there is a lot of content on internet that say civil servants get a bungalow, car, servants and many perks.and salary around 1 lakh a month. But you never know how much of that is fake. I want to know for IAS officers as I am opting for it. You said in the video that IES and IAS officers have the same post under the law. I would Really really appreciate if you reply to my comment. Dear, ok I will tell you, non promoted and newly recruited trainees under probation will get 75-80k per month. Once you get promoted, it will increase. Facilities initially will be very less. After 8-10 years of service, you will get every benefit which you can think of.
