I finally achieved a score of 7.5 by preparing with your videos and the IELTS Premium course provided by the British Council. I must say, the tips you shared are incredibly useful, and for that I am really grateful. Additionally, I've discovered my own listening tip that I'd like to share with everyone. I've noticed that when you're given time to review the questions from x to y (let's say, from question 1 to 14) before the audio begins, it's better to read them in reverse order, from y to x. This is because if you read in ascending order, you might get caught up and lose focus on the first question, which needs to be answered first. If the reading time ends and the audio begins, it can be challenging to refocus on the first question. However, if you start from the last question, you'll be freshly prepared for the first question when the audio starts, making it easier to answer. This approach takes advantage of the psychological principle of 'Last-in-First-out,' where the most recently acquired information is more readily recalled. By doing this, we can make the most of our short-term memory.
