I agree with all what u’ve said except for the fake online tests. When I applied for the IELTS test for the very first time 2 years ago, I totally had no idea about the form of questions in all bands. So, when I looked for practice tests in different websites, I saw that the form of the IELTS exam I applied for was quite similar to the exams available on those websites. Not the same questions of course but the exam style was almost the same as the online exam on websites. What I wanna say is that those online exams helped me a lot to get ready for the IELTS and to be aware of the various question types in such an exam.

Hi Chris, I think all you said and explained are true. I can't say anything about the IELTS centers in Antalya, Turkey. Hi, Chris. I have been lost mind on the listening, caused I don't know how to improve by practicing listening. You introduced the active listening, I think this is a way I could try. @@Ieltsadvantage Could have done better than i did, but I'm hoping i didn't do too bad. Had to be at the centre 90 minutes before exam started and several people had issues with their headphones which took some time to get fixed. Its pretty stressful waiting and attending an exam for 5 hours. Made two or three grammatical errors in speaking test which kind of surprised me; felt a bit rushed. Will see how the results turn out and then i'll know for sure.
