If you don't have speaking partners, try to record yourself ( 14min straight without any break as if it was the real exam), then listen your recording and correct mistakes. Practice, practice and practice. Good luck !

I really didn’t get when you said "be certain of the information that you give". What I came to know from one of my IELTS instructors at British Council was IELTS is not an exam where you are checked based on your knowledge rather it’s a test of how good you speak. Great lesson .The feedback is really helpful. At the same time, I personally feel that if the interviewer would ask questions according to the Academic , Professional background or hobbies of the interviewee , she could speak more on the topic confidently.Afterall,she is to be examined for the spoken English and it is not a knowledge test(if I am not wrong).The questions seem to be abit technical to me. Anyways it's fun to watch not too easy questions though not for an interviewee.
