I got 9 in listening with an overall band of 8. Here are some tips I'd recommend 1. Read for understanding and not to find the words that match the audio. 2. Discover types of questions you feel are relatively tough for me it was MCQ type, try different strategies to tackle them, try 100 one of them would work, and then bingo all of them will be right thereafter 3. Now that you've found what works the best. STAY CALM. p.s: from personal experience on the test day keep your mind as cluster-free as possible.

Hello, I would say for listening practice is the key. Listen as many recordings as you can and get familiarized with different accents. Also try practicing tests at lower volume because you might not have a higher volume in the real test. I would be comparatively little low than what we hear while practicing.

@@triptirai4950 Hi, so it’s been a year since I got my score but I’ll try to help you as much as I can. Starting with reading I basically followed some KZbin channels on how to skim but that didn’t work that well. I used to practice reading a lot, marked lines and words with pencil that felt important and slowly slowly understood the pattern of reading that was the only thing that helped me secure my score. Coming up to the writing part I blindly followed what Chris said in his videos and applied simple yet to the point essays. Didn’t complicate anything. It is not about how well you write it or how fancy words you use. It is about how much information can you give with a structured format. To sum it up I’ll say for writing do whatever this channel says. And for reading practice at least 2-3 sets a day for a month. You’ll definitely score well.

I did a couple of practice tests and realised, that I mostly struggle with spelling the words correctly. But now I made a list with the corrected version and will hopefully be able to improve my skills :)

I have some serious doubts: 1. "25th December " is considered 2 words and a number or just 1 word and 1 number? 2. Which form of date is correct: 25 December or December 25?
