That's doesn't look like a cue card part which i believe is the second portion on speaking section. Am shocked how he is bombarding her with back to back questions about cooking festivals, how festivals are getting commercializing etc etc my goodness isn't that a little too much for little girl. Although it's good how she is holding the conversation but I reckon the examiner needs to lighten up a little bit.

Actually I consider 14-minute test to be a perfect one. However, during the real exam an individual is usually interrupted, and it takes 10 min maximum quite frequently. I don’t think that the answer can be scored on band 7,5 or 8 as there is a lack of advanced structures, such as inversions or compound sentences using although, while, conditionals. Also phrasel verbs and advanced collocations are required to score that high. Even more, part 3 answers should be widely extended, which I haven’t recognize here. And also gaps in pronunciation. Overall I guess 6.5
