Nine might get Death Sentence due to him using power to create a city but doing so would probably kill everyone that offended him so according to the episode, he would be charged for ASSAULT & BATTERY: the reason why he is charged for this is because in all the fights, he does commit these two. HACKING: he hacks the computer for his plan to work out as planned to steal the shard. THEFT: he steals all of the shards from sonic for his plan to work. SABOTAGE: when they stole the shard, this caused the power to shut down. also he commits HARBORING A FUGITIVE: helping sonic steal the shards. this would count. MANIPULATION: he used his friend to help him get the shards. so this would count. ATTEMPTED MURDER: during when the two first meet, he attempts to kill him or dangerously harm him. this also counts as assault. ATTEMPTED MASS MURDER: during the fight, he attempts to kill all of them for his city to work. ATTEMPTED OMNICIDE: destruction of all worlds meaning ending of the race meaning omnicide. but the attempt failed. MASS PROPERTY DESTRUCTION: destruction of the world which is their races property.
