What happens in the Buzz Lightyear videogame should not count, since that didn't actually happen in the mainstream of the story, because it was just a game, it is not one of the real Andy's Toys, just a game played on Andy's Computer module. No, Woody only meant to knock Buzz under the desk, the window was an accident. Al didn't rip Woody's arm when he stole him, Andy accidentally did that when the play got a little too rough, Woody's arm was ready to come off at any moment anyway. You forgot that Forkey tried to commit suicide, at least 4-5 times through the majority of TS 4 by nearly throwing himself into the trash.

13:59 Barbie doesn’t actually kidnap Ken. (To get that charge, she’d have to take him somewhere he doesn’t want to go.) You could, however, charge her with coercion because she ripped his clothes just to make him confess.

This probably won’t count, but Zurg could also get first-degree murder for killing Buzz in the video game. You could even give him two counts because this happens twice; first while Rex is playing, then while Hamm is playing.

It’s a good thing you deduced from that Easter egg in Inside Out (the Tri-County hockey team) that Toy Story is set in California. (The second and third ones, more specifically, in San Francisco.)

Sid also commited torture by burning Woody with a magnifying glass, Stincky Pete commited assault with a deadly weapon by breaking Woody's arm with a pickaxe, and Lotso commited mass murder proxy by purposefully sending many toys into the caterpillar room so that they could be beaten by toddlers and because of this many toys died

Woody does not deserve to be charged for his wrong doing. He is a hero, deserves better and should not be charged under any circumstances. Those charges against Woody and your concept of law are stupid.

Also, I just want to clear up some mistakes you made during this. Credits to @blankblankness2971 for most of the mistakes. Mistake 1: 12:39 Blank states that this is instead Mutilation because Woody is sentient. Mistake 2: 13:59 Blank states that this isn't considered Kidnapping because she doesn't take Ken somewhere else. She only ties him to something in the exact room. Coercion could be charged. Mistake 3: 17:15 Blank states that this is Rex's specific charge because he committed it, not Buzz. So Buzz shouldn't be charged for Rex's crime. Mistake 4: 14:24 Blank states that once again, this is not kidnapping. Mistake 5: 20:45 Blank states that you could charge this with Arson. This is considered a mistake because it wasn't charged. Mistake 6: 13:18 I want to state that you could charge Stinky Pete (Prospector) with Coercion, because he was forcing Woody to get in the box, otherwise he'd disassemble Woody. Mistake 7: 19:26 I want to state that this is considered kidnapping as well because Big Baby took Mr. Potatohead to the "box", which he didn't want to go to. Mistake 8: 24:06 I want to state that this is considered Organ Theft and regular Theft. Theft because it's a part of a product and Organ Theft because it's a part of Woody and he's sentient. Mistake 9: 25:30 I want to state that you could also charge Reckless Endangerment, considering there is a child in the car. Mistake 10: 25:30 Similar to Mistake 9, I want to note that you can't really charge Bonnie's dad for anything. You could take Bonnie's Dad's charges and give them to Buttercup's charges, though. Mistake 11: 10:00 Also, you forgot that in Toy Story 3, Jessie assaults Lotso's Henchmen while they're imprisoning them. Although the henchmen are criminals, it's still assault. (Edit) Mistake 12: 2:17 I forgot to mention, you forgot to charge Woody for letting R.C crash into Mr. Potatohead while they're flying the rocket into the sky. (Edit 2) Mistake 13: 2:45 You forgot that Woody takes the kite on top of Sunnyside's roof. Although it was on the roof being unused, you could still charge Theft. (Edit 3) Mistake 14: 3:01 This is considered Trespassing, instead. (Edit 4) Mistake 15: 9:40 You also forgot that in Toy Story 3, Jessie steals the tortilla from a student's lunchbox. That is considered Theft. You could charge Bullseye too for getting it, but I don't recommend doing that. (Edit 5) Mistake 16: 25:58 Also this is counted as Attempted Murder. It is not a Murder charge because later in the film, we realize his other half is still living his life. (Edit 6) Mistake 17: 26:42 You got Reckless Endangerment correct, but this is also Reckless Driving. i also want to note that you could charge trespassing because the rv literally drives into the children-filled carnival but whatever (Edit 7) Mistake 18: 21:12 Forky was brought against his will to go into the Store by Woody, I feel like Woody should be charged for TECHNICALLY kidnapping and coercion. Forky was literally trying to go back to Bonnie but Woody got Forky in the whole Antique Store "mess". (Edit 8) Mistake 19: 23:51 This is considered False Imprisonment, too, imprisoning Woody in the cabinet.

2:47 I think Woody could also get breaking and entering for infiltrating the security room. Also, he didn’t really kidnap the monkey; he just imprisoned him in the desk drawer, so that would actually be an unlawful imprisonment charge.

I think these payment punishments would be a little hard for the toys because they would have to probably have to commit theft to get The money or just get a job but that would consider being alive when people are looking but where in the toy story universe would those exists and as for sid and Bonnie their parents would have to take the rap for them Soo this criminal actions count is technically meaningless.but the nevertheless still a great video chuckles like mr potato head.

14:24 Again, this is not kidnapping because the monkey stays in the office the whole time. It is, however, unlawful imprisonment because they locked him in the desk drawer. Slinky could also get charged with aiding and abetting and, of course, breaking and entering because they infiltrated the security office.

Big Baby’s attempted murder charge can be lifted to the second degree because he didn’t plan it beforehand. Also, Lotso’s henchmen could be charged with gambling, and also for both mutilation and coercion because they broke the phone to get information about the toys’ whereabouts. (Yes, I know that gambling isn’t illegal by every means in California, but it’s certainly not legal on every level; the only states where it’s not illegal are Nevada and Louisiana, while the only two where it’s fully illegal are Utah and Hawaii.)

11:45 Andys mom didn't know the toys were in there. If you saw trash that wasn't yours, your first instinct wouldn't be to open it. It would be to throw it away. Also, it isn't destruction of property if she bought them herself with HER OWN MONEY.

OK I get the toys are alive, however sid didn’t knew they were alive same with Andy, and basically every kid and every person in the world that’s in toy story sid does find out in the end, but he’s the only person that does
