@@faxxy4077 In reality, most definitely would have hurt the tank. Landing on the back of the turret like that...might have made it where it wouldn't move any more. Probably, maybe seriously injure the guys in the turret.

Tanks are not made to withstand a relatively high speed impact of a block of reinforced concrete, which looks to be over 20t. That would have ripped the turret off the hull.

The T29 is one of if not my favorite tanks in the game. It's an absolute monster. It's also the only tank I've been able to get a nuke in. No regrets on picking it up last summer.

If someone gets a nuke, the tickets should stop or slow down, I have seen about 20 people in matches get it only to run out of time. Its unfair for them as they deserve it only to get cockblocked by gaijin increasing the ticket bleed the lower it gets.

Eh, that is what makes a SUCCESFUL nuke run so special. You have to play VERY well VERY fast. Almost winning is not enough.

But i don't know, i think seeing nukes a little more often wouldn't hurt. Not a single match of mine has ended in a nuke. Edit: i think like 4 or 5 matches i've played have ended with a nuke plane deployed, but the match ended before it got to the battlefield.

The T29 does look cursed enough that Phly's theory may be correct. So, in that case, how did the Average American become a tank? 1) Cinderella needed to get through a warzone to get the ball, a passing Average American was used to make the carriage. 2) Someone tried to teleport a Pershing and an Average American together and it ended up like the Voyager epsiode 'Tuvix'. 3) The Average American was bitten by a weretank. 4) A Pershing was bitten by a weremerican. 5) An Average American made love to a Pershing while praying that they would never be parted, like the nymph Salmacis and the god Hermaphroditus. Other theories may be considered. Day 55, I think: Take the Scimitar, the last Supermarine, out for a spin. You got them quad 30mm, you got bombs, missiles, you have 24 British AP rockets to attempt to hit and attempt to blow up enemy tanks.

One tank that I found that surprised me was the Italian Sherman VC, it has APDS at 5.0 with ~200mm pen at 1000m. Makes a great sniping tank.

couple other good ones. "balls to the wall" came from WWII fighter pilots when they knew they had a fight on hand they would slam the throttle to the fire wall or ball or balls to the wall. also " the whole 9 yards" the .50 cal. machine guns had 9 yards of ammo so if you gave them the whole 9 yards you emptied on the enemy

Hey Phly! About 3 years ago you made a video about the AMX-30B2 BRENUS and how it was one of the worst MBTs in the game. Well today the BRENUS has had quite a glow up, as it now boasts a pretty nice array of tools at the comfortable BR of 8.3, such as thermals, a laser rangefinder, IRCM, and a pretty nice lineup to back it up. So I encourage you to take a look at this underappreciated vehicle again (day 21)

@ 9:02 the noise you heard was the artillery smoke hitting the dead leopard. For some reason when the artillery smoke spawns in and it's on top of you or a dead player it sounds like you get hit by something

i use the sterling with the 9 1k bombs. if its a small map and close quarters fighting i use the 27 500lb bombs to carpet the whole area. lol
