I really hated Silco and everything he did. As if everything wasn't twisted and bad enough, he did everything he could to make things worse under the guise of being a liberator. Things weren't good enough already, and he created an even more horrible version of the reality he wanted to change through the "ends justify the means" approach. He crystallized the chasm between Zaun and Piltover.

@@sansundertale6544 And when the time came to get his hands dirty, he refused to do what was "necessary." He made all the sordid, horrible, and vile things he did to make this moment happen useless. He made everyone around him sacrifice or lose something, but when he had to do the same, he made everything he had done up to that point, for nothing. It becomes even more tragic when we see that the Piltover Council accepted all his demands without complaint if it would bring peace, and yet, they were targets of Jinx's terrorism, as they feared.

In my school vr game, Silco did give Goalius the Ultra Shimmer potion (a far more dangerous veriont made with the bloods of Deadly Sinner class demons, Exorcist and Baby Dreadtrux oil) and it's effects are deverstating (1 punch when he was injected with it countered a Super Mega Death Rocket and tanked basically every assault Stratagem from Helldivers) so that is the creation of a BOWOMD (Bio Organic Weapon of Mass Destruction) trespassing x 7 (Yes Lucifer Morningstar is included and the Blood is from Vaggie) Child assault and mutilation (Goalius body had some effects that he wasn't told about) Singed on the other hand was more dangerous than his (he used The heavily injured Goalius to train his creation and later experimented on both Goalius and Terix to create weapons that can overpower the Tyrants in the blackmarket and take control of it) That's first and third crimes but also Illegal experiment, Illegal Human Experimentation (Before Terix was a Nomu he was a human) and conspiracy to control the Blackmarket

Waaait wait wait. Vi assaults Sevika. Sevika fights back, makes a credible threat before being driven back by gunfire (by an armed civilian). And that's somehow Silco committing "attempted murder"? Marcus firing at Ekko at the bridge is certainly, to at least some extent, Silco's doing, that's fine, but Sevika's brawl with Vi in episode 5, particularly given that Vi is an escaped prisoner pursuing a criminal vendetta against a civilian, is beyond silly and could only ever take place in an American court room. Sevika is her own person. She is employed but performs her work with rather a substantial amount of discretion and personal initiative, and comparatively few of her actions are something he is consulted on at all. Even if you say it's an organised crime thing, how did he "organise the attempted murder" of someone he believed to be dead, at the time? How did he "murder" Finn? By sitting there being threatened, giving a speech about loyalty, and having another person choose to kill Finn? Are we to believe Silco and Sevika are, in fact, the same person? Is Sevika not entitled to self defence when assaulted? Additionally, Singed's treatment of Rio may well be sanctioned experimentation under the Academy at the time, since we know Singed was affiliated with Heimerdinger at some point, which may still have been the case at that time. There is also no indication that manufacture of shimmer is illegal; it is not a controlled substance until far later, given that it is an entirely UNKNOWN substance until Singed creates it, and may in fact not be one still... the "law" in Piltover is poorly codified and subject to the whims of those who claim to enforce it.
