Here in New York, we're not used to earthquakes. So basically a 4.5 is considered "major".

In spain it's nearly the same , 5.8 IS Major bcs of the profundity of our earthquakes , in 2011 , a 5.1 earthquake hitted Lorca , and It haved major intensity

@@EtrilandNeither the US , for Chile a 4.5 or 5.1 is so light , but Its based on the intensity and profundity and not the richter or magnitude , intensity IS based on mercalli
