Even the rest of the Z fighters like Piccolo and Tien couldn't distract Cell, so yeah Vegeta played a major role in this battle, same thing happen again in the final fight with kid Buu, the spirit bomb was Vegeta idea and he did fight Buu for a while to give Goku some time to charge his attack.Just imagine if cell didn't break Gohan arm and the same thing happen, same scenario and Vegeta helped him the same way with that ki blast? People would say that Gohan had already lost lot of power, he was tired, if only he got a senzu bean...

I don't think so. Without the Super Saiyan God dream (which was a preminition based on Goku being alive which he isn't in this story) Beerus would have stayed asleep for MUCH longer. I recall Whis asking Beerus why he woke up so early. I think Beerus had another 100 or 1000 years of scheduled sleep or something like that. I could be wrong, but without sensing Goku's future as a god, Beerus would have slept until Cell had a good chunk of the galaxy under his control (depending on the pace he keeps). Hey everyone I just thought of something while watching the rage trunks tranformation, "What if Rage Trunks is actually Limit Breaker Trunks?" Think about it , the only reason we know what ssjb evolution and ultra instinct is is because whis was there to give commentary. Vegeta broke his limits through wanting to keep his promise and to protect, Goku broke his by refusing to die with all his will, maybe Trunks broke his limits through pure rage

Yes, you're completely right. The process Vegeta took to gain SSJ Blue Evolution is the same way Trunks did it using strong will but with different reasons. While Trunks was enshrouded by a blue aura (not SSJ Blue power), Vegeta's hair became bluer than ever for being enshrouded by that same blue aura.

It was made very and I mean *VERY* clear in the Cell Games that Gohan was gonna be putting in work. It would really be nice if they actually made this story. Like putting it on TV. They did it with The History of Trunks. Granted, the Androids would eventually be destroyed, but the special itself shows a bleak world in which the villains won. The Bardock special did the same, although the Trunks special had a stronger presentation. But this idea itself, where Cell won, is really messed up. Cell probably has the most potential next to kid buu in the series. If he was able to kill gohan and the other z warriors on earth, I believe he would have gotten extremely bored and would have started training with his cell juniors after killing dabura and the babidi group since there would have been no more prey for him on earth, and wiping out all life in the universe. Since his cell juniors are around the same level as himself that means he could train with ever growing and limitless clones of himself and knowing frieza got from namek to god level In 4 months, it would take way less to gain that power boost and even rank him even higher. The only way I see to stop a victorious super perfect cell is to either get lucky and have dabura spit on him, have beerus wake up and hakai him into oblivion, or have someone hire hit or the pride troopers to assassinate him. I would pay to see the last one myself

I'll have to disagree with one thing. I highly doubt Cell would've finished everybody off immediately. I'll bet he would've let them leave and give them some time frame before he starts hunting them down. Like you said, Cell enjoys that face of Trunks. I think he'd revel in it more if he would hunt them down one by one. Even if Gohan hadn't given up, an undistracted Cell would've put up a much tougher fight either way. SSJ Gohan was no match for Perfect Form Cell until he got to SSJ2. But when Cell regenerated and returned as "Perfect" Cell, he returned with roughly the same kind of boost that Gohan got in the first place... I mean, the beam shot that disabled Gohan's arm when he helped Vegeta wasn't even at full power. It wasn't all just Gohan's confidence on the line and believing his Ki was cut in half, Cell really did come back that much more powerful, and the final Kamehameha struggle was never in Gohan's favor till Vegeta gave him an opening to go all in.

I love how Salagir made Cell as strong as Ultimate Gohan, if not even stronger. And this fan-manga was made TEN years ago! Just imagine if he used Super's canon. Cell would probably be a prodigy, that would make Frieza ashamed. Imagine Super Saiyan Blue combined with Golden Frieza, multiplied several times over. He could probably come close to Jiren's power level without Ultra Instinct if he was given the chance. Cell truly had the most fighting potential in the series. Too bad he let his perfect ego get to him...

Christopher Daniels I afraid this DOESN'T EVEN BEGIN to compare to what ZAMASU did in Super. THIS RIGHT HERE, was NEVER REAL. It NEVER happened. In REALITY, Gohan DEFEATED CELL and everything turned out great in the end. ZAMASU on the other hand REALLY DID SUCCEED in destroying the Future Earth.....AND *THE UNIVERSE*!!!
