The problem with Chernabog is that he is a demon who rules Hell he is also immortal which means a death sentence wouldn't work he also wants to spread Darkness and evil across the entire world so he will need to have another sentence added on.

Mcleach - is the sentence increased if the animals he's poaching are critically endangered? Because the Great Golden Eagles are in the film. Those bear traps in his truck look pretty cruel too--are they legal to even own? I think what he does to Cody throughout the course of the film also counts as child torture. And the final shot at the rope was another attempted murder. Note: I've always wondered what happened to the poor animals McLeach had locked up after the film. I mean, he's dead. I HOPE Cody told the rangers and got them all free before they starved to death.
