Nerissa off to a great start with a death sentence for war crimes. And it's not even her only death sentence. Hendricks would also need an assault of a minor charge for kicking the girl during the animal cruelty charge with the whip.

I don’t know about you, but Nerissa taking the ‘Trident of Oceanus’ could be Grand Larceny since there’s only one, it’s an ancient super weapon, stated to be the only thing that can take out a Kraken, and has shown to possess magical capabilities unique to only it.

I think those last couple of charges for Hendricks should probably be looked at again, considering she was trespassing on his ship. in some states the use of force is authorized against trespassers, and can count as self defense in some cases.
