Ok so here is my theory. The reason Captain Gut is not charged with piracy is because what we see on screen is used like video evidence. We don't actually see evidence he committed piracy, only evidence that he tried to. We do see him with 378 tons of loot that we know he got by committing piracy but he can claim he got it from honest work and we can't prove he is a liar. We would have to call a jury nullification on that one.

Cretaceous and Maelstrom got off pretty light with only have 5 life sentences. And I never knew they had actual names until this video. Orson having 3 death sentences, on top of 11 life sentences and 15 years, is pretty funny to me. Tbh I think Gutt would have the most charges movie wise if his crimes were charged, my dude committed Assualt multiple times, enslavement, definitely Piracy, Kidnapping, Attempted Murder on multiple accounts, Coercion, and even though we don't see it in the movie, I think multiple accounts of murder given he probably has committed several acts of murder given hence he explains how he got his name and demonstrates to Sid without actually killing him, hence the name "Gutt" it can be implied he has murdered and disemboweling several victims. one of his crew members even says "your innies become your outies". he would be sentenced to life of imprisonment or maybe even the death penalty with all the absolute heinous and vile crimes he has committed throughout his life. I believe the only two from him you were missing from him that we actually see in the movie I believe was enslavement and Piracy. I think piracy would have been an automatic charge given he is a pirate captain and the other crimes being volatile as it is.
