The musical cues really work with this scene. Also, them fighting in the water without the music really adds to the scene instead of the original version.

Tasman Sea fight was one of the most tense scenes in entirety of Monsterverse , You can feel the bizarreness of the scene as Godzilla , who was said to not travel by Tasman Sea because it's not one of his travel route , suddenly arrives and attack Kong , who is portrayed as the protagonist of the film . It wasn't just Kong's life was at risk , it was everyone( Kong , Humans (Jia) lives were at risk . Godzilla's currently behaviour was frightening . Godzilla's fear factor is accentuated by the animalistic patterns such as he climbed on board the Airship by clawing his way in and also during the underwater moment where he wrapped his prehensile tail around Kong . The fight was beautifully ended with a mutual death glare from both Titans to tell that there was the birth of a mutual enmity among them that moment and this is not going to be their last fight .

Also the sound effects , Visual effects and time of the day were chief's kiss . the morning or afternoon , I believe was the best time because Kong has been associated with colour orange and red and elements like heat , fire and flame . There is a elemental dynamic between Godzilla (Water) and Kong (Fire)

Are people seriously that upset by the soundtrack? Junkie’s score is perfectly fine on its own, stop comparing it to McCreary’s and view it as its own thing.
