Aside from having a period everything else was societal pressures. If the video was reversed what would they make the women do I really wonder. SnickersDoodle5 no its possible to have a pretty painless period with only the pain of needing to use the bathroom(like constapation) but cant. to have a reletively painless period you need 1. you need to exercise appropriately(as in dont overdo it).
