Asking for help is such an important skill that blocks many junior engineers. It’s really an art to be able to ask great questions and I’m glad this is the first topic you’re covering. Yes! You deserve to ask questions and should not feel ashamed!!

I believe that everyone goes through this. It's like saying: don't be afraid of heights)) But it is unlikely that this will immediately help to get rid of fear. And that's ok. Everything will come with experience. It is important that there are adequate colleagues nearby. It's cool if a colleague appears to whom you can safely ask questions. And even cooler if over time you yourself become such a colleague)))
