to get rid of your mana, you can generate a mana token at the tavern keep, go into a map, drop that mana token, then return to tavern, it wont automatically sell, itll just delete, gone forever

I'm thinking about doing a true story challenge which is basically no death, no failing levels, no replaying levels and it ends when you kill the old one.

Super happy to see this! i litrally was talking aboout ironman in dd1 in the discord two days ago!! I think for ironman no trading / multiplayer (for most maps) is great. What i imagined hardcore mode to be was not deathless but where you ick a gear type for the character at lvl 1 and its permanent. Hope the dev's make a freshstart ranked server for ironman

I think I might try this challenge you've created but with one more rule for myself no playing a map more than once on any particular difficulty Applying hard core will not count as a different difficulty since I'll effectively always be hard core but I will count survival as a separate map from campaign especially since you don't unlock survival on maps till you beat it on that difficulty or higher in campaign I think your end goal of beating the summit is a good one but as for me I want my goal to be the summit and challenge: assault since I view those as the 2 end game challenges of pre dlc console dungeon defenders which is where I started and what I'm most nostalgic towards

Make sure that your weapons are up to snuff you'll need some pretty good DPS for the dragon of course and you'll need to be really really fast at repairing but yeah bro it's absolutely possible

That's interesting that you chose huntress when you said only using one character I assumed you'd pick squire... And I was thinking to myself who I'd choose my first thought was app but then I thought no his towers are too squishy and not squire either because he plateaus in viability too early, I settled on huntress as the best option right before you said you were picking her As for the other heroes, monk can't stop enemies well enough, jester has too much rng involved in her towers, summoner wouldn't put up enough damage to get past certain bosses, barb has no towers, EV towers are pathetic on their own Ultimately I'd say you made the best choice also I feel like you'll gain a lot of valuable experience playing huntress only

While I think it might be interesting, the 1 character or the no inventory are a bit too much I think... swapping between pets is really nice sometimes. I do wonder how safe and slow you have to play tho. Can't cheese anything anymore. I assume leaving to tavern or restarting a map(before you complete the map) = death.

Also just so you know if you run that level on through insane you even have a chance of getting some very low-level I don't think godly but that you might with the gear upgrade but at least you can get like what's below godly and you can run it until like level 40 on insane and it doesn't take you but a few hours you could literally hit level 40 before you ever go to foundries and forges and you'd be overpowered for it just something to think about course you'll have to build up to insane but it's really not that hard on deeper well

im glad you didnt choose a squire or ev or something because this wouldve been a breeze, a solo huntress is gonna be very hard especially since she has no physical defenses to block or distract enemies, and her traps, at low stats, have very low range, very low detonation counts, and very long reset time, so i wish you the best of luck lol

Think playing EV would be good the lasers early game is very good and using staffs gives quite a lot of dmg

Well the good news is that I sold the story sometimes just for fun like with one hero so it's absolutely possible you don't need any summons you don't need any auras or nothing to do the entire story all the way through the dragon at least so you just got to be strong enough to handle it you will have to do something you will need set bonuses and Max armor and a great build though so hopefully before you do this attempt you know you're built for each level cold I usually use the hermit he's awesome but I'm sure any hero can do it I've sold some nightmare maps with the huntress so I know it's possible
