i think its when somebody already has a account, but at the start you gain 1k cc from the shallot missions for battling with shallot once, so they just use that 1k cc to summon and then if they dont get the character they want they will switch because getting 1k cc is hard in later games. (btw i only think this is the reason i cant confirm it)
