So, my current channel - the niche is childhood. I interview people on their childhoods. The second I'm about to start is on cologne; I love fragrances and am passionate about them! I would love some help; a mentor; a sensei!!

I talk about a subgenre of hip-hop called Boom Bap on my channel. I have 2 of the 3 P's but not profit just yet. I have a digital product and merch. Haven't made many sales yet. I need to find a good brand to do affiliate marketing for. I was surprised that the last time I checked my CPM it was like $10.35. So the first bit of money I make might come from adsense. Hopefully I'll start making some decent money in 2024.

My plan is to have a couple of channels. One, the niche is travel, focusing on road trips and camping, visiting national and state parks and enjoying nature, while still working part-time or full-time. Another, the niche is DOT Consulting for trucking companies. For the third, a good friend of mine and I want to craft and do reviews of kits, tips and tricks for learning different types, etc.

I think niche is good. I've been a graphic design instructor for some major creative schools and if I were to make a niche it would be to be a design mentor having been in the industry, taught it, and have won many awards for my work. For me, the niche would be about activating creativity because you can learn new programs and applications and what I don't see higher education in the design world doing is helping students with conceptual design- the ideas that sell.

In 2024 I'd love for my channel to go from just a "How To" channel to a more community based one. My KZbin Channel is for beginners learning how to use the different Social Media sites but my demographic are Baby Boomers and Seniors. Since people of ALL ages watch the vides I'm having a hard time speaking to just those in my demographic. So this year, I want to be more consistent and truly start to build relationships with my subscribers. Another channel I'm thinking about creating is my Faith Based one as well. Helping women overcome fear so that they can start walking in boldness and confidence with the gifts God has given them. Be Blessed, Audrey

Now it’s time to niche down for my future videos and it is hard not going to lie. I have so many interests but I got to do it as I don’t want to be scattered and living with a few 100 views on each video for years.

My Main Umbrella is Photography/being a Photographer. Under that, my main 4 pillars: • Genres of photography: Landscape/Travel, UW, Astro & Weddings/Events/Portraits. • Business + Productivity (for Photogs)** • Gear reviews (mainly for Nikon Z) • My own YT journey Eventually work this into a Creative Podcast to speak to other photogs, etc. I'd also like to showcase our local community & cultural events bc they're so unique to us (& unfortunately, somewhat fading) here on Kauaʻi. **this could easily include "side hustles" for photogs or beginners to get them started.

In the past, I did blogs all random, learned from your guidance to work efficiently, with a niche, and am looking to learn. The mountain is steep, but your videos not only motivate me, but give me the tool chest I need to succeed. My professional careers, technology, and finance make me uniquely qualified, but the pivotal piece is my personal and long-term desire to see a global blockchain and document this new global journey. I'm not even trying, no specific plan, just broke 1,000 subs 2 days ago. New channel, from September 2022. My street rescue dog having puppies really blew it up. Now she's pregnant again. Documenting her story has given something a lot of people have been really drawn to and are responding to. I've got 3 dogs at this house and everyone seems to be drawn to my videos of them. Lady, the rescue dog, is unbelievably funny and has proven herself to be a good mother and a great watchdog. The father of her pups, Fritz, is a 110 pound guard dog who is as Goofy as Jerry Lewis characters. I'm a retired gringo living in Mexico and telling my story. I plan to start adding bicycle rides and my Kawasaki Ninja Rides with my new helmet camera, once my right arm heals completely from a bad injury in May of 2022. The only totem pole my videos gather around is that I live in Mexico. I'm retired, my wife is a great cook, I go to great sights and scenes and good restaurants and beautiful towns and cities. While I was younger I actually served as an international professional photographer (can't really tell it by my videos) but you can certainly tell that I am developing a style that people are mentioning, and infusing some humor with everything. I've pretty well focused on videos that make people want to look. They know what to expect. *I'M DOING ALL OF IT FROM MY PHONE, NO COMPUTER.* Haven't even touched my MacBook Pro yet. Maybe it's time?

Like I said, not really trying. Wasn't making videos with the intention of growing a channel. It started out as little experiential vids for my friends and family. Because I do a lot of Shorts, I only have about 1 700 watch hours. Not enough to monetize, yet. But with exiting and better videos I see that happening in a few months. I'm just amazed and enjoying the ride.
