I started my channel recently. In less than 60 days I grew to over 3,000 subs listening to Think. I’ve already received a couple offers for sponsors, got invited to an exclusive interview, and I’m on my way to vid summit to work the event and soak up the knowledge there in a few more days. All I do is scroll videos like this. Don’t waste time scrolling useless videos on social media. If you’re going to scroll, then scroll videos like this so at least you’re learning!

I can’t wait to connect back with THINK. My father passed away a few months ago here in Hawaii and my world got flipped upside down real quick. And they were so kind to work with me and continue to do so. The entire reason I started my channel was because of Sean. Ive packed up all of my podcast gear and headed back to the mainland to continue chasing my dream. I encourage everyone who works with these people to continue to do so. I’ve learned more from THINK on the processes and how-tos, but what I learned more from them than anything was don’t ever stop chasing your dreams. Thank you THINK. Aloha from Hawaii. I’ll be in D.C. from here on out.

I am new to KZbin Contant creation, I’m currently a podiatric surgeon in active practice, and I am looking for ways to build a channel or channels in order to put my skills to use in ways that don’t require me to be a slave to my office anymore after more than the third of the century. I’m going to be posting on Health, wealth and finance, and won that is outside of my specialty, but that I have gained expertise purposely in: relationships. I’ve discovered your channel, and listening to this presentation, plus looking at some of the others that you have available, I want to offer my respect. You have a ton of useful information, not just academically, but useful information of the “incorporate it and put it to use right now.” You have a pleasant but no nonsense presentation style, everything that’s needed, no wasted motion, no wasted time. I can respect that and admire it. Thanks for your good work.

Being a KZbinr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame- ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

Sean, you made a really good point about channel theme. My content before was all about finance but it was super broad...everything from Real Estate, to investing in the market, to life insurance, and so on. I've actually unlisted every single video that doesn't talk about the main thing that I really want to talk about which is life insurance. I'm 5 videos in now, and it's already made it a TON easier to come up with new topics. This video is affirming. Thank you.

thanks Sean. My biggest takeaway is to study tags - when I started my channel a year ago there was a backlash against tags so I don't use them so I'm going to give those a blast and also the CSQC - we are a travel channel and I realized during my last trip that if we are more mindful about what we shoot 'on the hoof' as it were then we have less editing but that essentially it is garbage in garbage out . thank you for all your efforts to improve everyone's channels

Personally, I dig the long form info packed learning sessions, but half of my money is being placed on the CHURN and LEARN single focus topics packed into a 60 to 90 second short that's made to help the audience solve a problem or make a buying decision. At the end of the day it's like you said "If it comes from a place of consistent service to your viewers the algorithm's will eventually fall into place and before you know it thousands of passive viewers will start subscribing and watching and spreading the word like I did today for creators on KZbin! Thanks for your great Practical Tips ! The biggest take away...? Probably Nr. 1 to Nail your Niche because with my Channel I do think that we have a rather broad Channel Theme, that I could possibly Niche down, Related to that also Nr. 12 building an audience and community with things like Storytelling, a Brand Story, will also make it easier to have a starting point for making new video's and also for writing better titles etc. etc. Those are deffinitely all interesting things to - think - about ! ;)
