7 R System 1. Reverse engineer - who is your channel actually for? - reaching everybody is reaching nobody - what problem does my channel solve? - failing to plan is planing to fail 2. Research - crafting title (keyword research through vidiQ & google search bar) - research other creators - winning the battle before it starts - video will have more intentionality, strategy and insight 3. Record - with strategy - be brief, bright, fun & done - edit if you want 4. Release - title, thumbnail, description, tags, added to playlist, post ✅ 5. Rocket + rank - share on community tab - off platform opportunities like building a big e-mail list 6. Review (analytics) - eventually gets important - analytics shows what worked 7. Repeat + - success leaves clues make part 2s - what are the best vids? 8. Repurpose - clip your videos up and make a short of it, social media - working smart not hard - eventually very useful Start slow. Punch fear/perfectionism in the face. Press record. Don’t rush/ get overwhelmed, but this is a good structure/system. Master these 7 Rs over time by making videos. Let’s do this, everyone! It’s meow or never. 😻🙏✨

Great video. Starting and growing your channel is definitely the toughest part, but the thing is that you need to give viewers the content they want to see, the content they can't live without. Same like business owners give people products they need in their life. Also you have to stay hard working and consistent (and you should also use a little bit of Famester to make everything a lot easier. For me, it feels like I am in control of everything and I don't need to worry about algorithms anymore). Good luck to everybody.

For me, i love video editing, it' become like playing a video game to me. I'm currently struggling with learning how to use my voice while recording. I don't want to sound like i'm down, but don't want to sound like im trying too hard to put energy in my voice. I also don't have structure when making my videos. I just be going as i edit, thinking of the next thing to say in my videos. I still have moments where i just rush the video cause i don't have structure, and can't think of what to say next. While editing, i be having feeling like i should rush, instead of taking my time to make sure i do everything i need to. These are things im struggling with currently, and just wanted to be open for those who read this, and going through similar things like me. Got to keep going, and be consistent !
