Thank you for sharing your experience with us. But I want to ask about the tattoo, what do they identify as visible? Those who were sent home, how visible were their tattoos? I have one in the middle of my forearm but doesn't go down to my wrist. How strict are they with tattoos?

They didn't assess those ladies they just showed the picture of the visible areas and told us if you have it there, then they can't consider you. The areas are arms, legs, and neck. You can have them at the back or stomach but not where it will show when wearing uniform. In your case, it's still considered visible. They are very strict with tattoos, but I've heard that others use makeup to hide it, but once they find out, you will be fired.

Hey in my case they did not check for tattoos they just asked everyone who has one to leave the room. So they all left but it depends with recruiter

Hey your video are very informative and good,I also went recently two weeks back in regards to the braids I have them and they were neatly tied to the back and I fortunately got to the final but didn’t get the golden call,so I think the braids should be neatly tied to the back not on the top but yeah I would advise to do a bun with your natural hair to be safe

Hi thank you. Everything you said is true because there was one with braids tied to the back and she was not eliminated with the others I think it's only a problem if they are big and colorful and of course you shouldn't do a top bun

Hey I don't think it would be a problem since it's your birthmark. It's something you were born with, they can not penalize you for that so my advise to you is go for it

@@thandonkonyane Thank you! That is very good to hear since my birth mark is pretty obvious and won’t be able to cover it unless with gloves. I’ve been doing some research and some people did say that birthmarks are not acceptable during interviews as long as it is obvious.

When I went there I was not vaccinated, it's not a problem if you are because you can always do it at a later stage. There's no minimum age but they do consider younger people first

Hey! Thanks for the video. Just a couple of questions. I have a tattoo under my hand, it is a sentence of 3 words that can be covered with a watch. Do you think I should remove it or its ok if I cover that with a watch? Then, if I fail one assessment day, when its then next Assessment day I can attend? You won't be able to hide it because at the assessment day they will ask about it and if you lie that they can't trust you once they know about it. I think you should get it removed but it's up to you if you want to hide it. After you are rejected you have wait for 6 months to try again

I didn't have stockings when I went but I'd advise for you to wear them, I didn't wear them because I couldn't find them. You can either wear pearl earrings or studs. They didn't check our teeth that day

Hi I don't advise you to lie because it's easy to forget and make a mistake, I have customer service but when presenting I would make mistakes that happens because of the nerves. They do not ask for proof of your previous work experience they rely on your CV. My advise to you is tell the truth, make a cover letter indicating that you want to work for Emirates but you are just not lucky with a job to help you gain experience or maybe you can try and look for a customer service job during the holidays.

Thank you. Personally I didn't see that because they never even told us our heights. So I suggest you go there because sometimes it depends on the recruiter, who knows they can maybe give you an exception if you do well.

Hello, in my experience they didn't have the tape on the wall. They had some sort of a stand looking thing where you had to step on it. It measures your height and weight and then we had to step down to the floor to reach the top of that thing, they told us that we can stand on our tip toes and touch the end of that stand.

Hello, when I went for the assessment day I was not vaccinated at all and they did not ask anything about the vaccine. I guess they only care about it when you have to go to Dubai. So I suggest that you go and when they ask about it tell them you have one dose. Sometimes they even help you with it once you get to Dubai or will tell you to get your second dose or a booster.

Hi thank you so much. When I was at the assessment day only two men were there and they were eliminated in different rounds of assessment. I honestly think they hire very few men compared to women but that does not mean you shouldn't try applying. I guess it also depends on what they are looking at that time and I think they hire men according to the number that has left the company. I hope that helps.

Yes you can but make sure you put them away from your face. You can use Bobby pins to do that. Short hair is allowed, it's only not acceptable when it's on your face.
