As a registerd nurse there is a possibility of doing the Anerkennung of your nursing certificate and you start working as a nurse directly in germany. For the digital anerkennung you can do it on "Anabin website"

If possible I would advise you to finish s. 6 then learn German upto B2 then apply for ausbildung. And if not possible to do the s. 6 I would say you should try learning the language apply for fsj then once you are hear you apply for ausbildung

Anerkennung is recognition or grading of your Certificates to the german school levels...

We do this at the regierungspräsidium each city has its own, so if you get a hospital provision letter you check in the same city where the hospital is and in that exact city you google the responsible regierungspräsidium ...and thats where you do you anerkennung. Even people outside germany its the same office responsible

The hospital doesn't send you the visa, you have to apply for it at the German embassy in your home country. Also to approve you document ( Anerkenung) yes they can suggest it to you but your self you can find it on Internet if you already know which city the hospital is. In this case all you look for is a Regierungspräsidium in that city so you put the name of the City 😍

Hi.., first thing you need to go about that is getting a language certificate to b2 level

Then the next thing is because a nurse certificate in uganda really doesn't match the the one in Germany you can just use it to apply for a full 3 year ausbildung coz also having experience really makes it easy to be accepted into the ausbildung programme. So make sure you include it in you Motivation letter and talk about the duties you have been doing

During fsj you get pocket money for me I was given 400€ per month and you don't pay for rent the place you volunteering at together with the organisation provide free apartment. And you are allowed to eat at work. Plus they pay your train card if you need one.

Hey, this will be quite long, what are some of the qustions I might get asked during an aptitude test for me to be allowed in to the ausbildung? My case is that my home country is partnering with a university in Germany to bring nurses who have to study the B2 level language and after that you go for an aptitude test to be accepted in the short preparatory course for 3months which prepares you to integrate and learn faster during the ausbildung. So which questions do you think I might be asked? I would really want to pass. Shoutouts from Kenya.

I really don't know what exactly they will ask but if you are coming in for nursing ausbildung a friend of mine said they asked her logic questions like what do you do when you see a patient vomit.. And what do you do when you see blood. And also they asked her about the Cells and some simple high school biology questions related to the human body

But if you are already a nurse your questions will be Different they might give you an example of a Patient problem or situation and they might ask you to write what you would do. In Germany it's called a "Pflege Fallbeispiel"

Leilah In germany one should work 38 to 40 hours per week . Besides with this how many hours one should work extra shifts in a week ? Like in uk one can work 20 hour extra with 37 hours of normal shifts per week ?

By extra shifts you mean hours allowed for part time job..!? IF yes then there is no specific hours but a maximum pay that the part time job is allowed to pay you per month and thats 520 euros

So it depends on the money you going to be earning per hour most time in nursing we work 2-3 days 7-8hrs shift when part timing and you get 520 extra

And if your main job lacks workers and they need you to work more hours they are allowed to over plan you but am not sure how many hours they are supposed to be . But also mostly of the work plan cpmes out and you are not okeey with the over planned hours you communicate with your job and they reduce them . Or you just tell them from the start that you don't want to do extra hours.
