Would you ever do tracked shipping? In the UK you can’t do tracked shipping unless you enter the post office and I don’t see it as good OPSEC to be identifying yourself in the post office. Is it standard for darknet vendors to not use tracking or is it used quite often?

The only shipping that I did was tracked shipping. If you don't get tracking with the shipping anyone can claim that they never got their package and there's nothing that you can do to fight it. Here in the United States, you don't need to identify yourself or provide any identification to ship a package. There are other options when it comes to shipping and getting tracking. For example, you could always get pre-printed shipping labels. However, then you run into the issue of having to pay for them and how you may be tracked from that transaction. Either way, it creates a sort of a funnel where the least exposure or the smallest attack surface that I could create was to have a dedicated employee who went to different post offices in different states sometimes driving for a day or more to be able to ship packages 3 at each location.
