This album was honestly an underrated masterpiece. Every single song on it is repeatable. Honestly think it held too high of a bar for Artificial Selection and Afterburner. Even though those preceding albums were really good and had some songs better than a lot of songs on Mothership. But I think mother ship just has more consistency and is one of those “Banger only” albums.

I recommend you check out some of their earlier stuff. If you're in a funky mood check out something like Carl Barker or Alex English with Kurt Travis on vocals. If you're in a more into a super strong powerful soul voice check out Times new roman or Lemon meringue tie with Johnny Craig on vocals.
