Maybe, but he's got them colour coordinated. A perfectionist, see!? How many bass players go to THAT level of detail? The left foot stomp is a bit, a bit emergency stop trigger happy. If this guy or the piano dude offer you a lift, politely refuse and take the bus. It's either all brake or all gas!

When you no longer play the instruments but rather they play you. The bass and keyboard players were possessed by their instruments. This was my first exposure to Scary Pockets and I still don't know exactly what its all about but I have digested 15 or so performances since my introduction to them yesterday and I imagine I will see every one of their recorded performances in the next few days. This is just plain good. What a mood elevator. Side note: Acid washed jeans, skinny belt, black top, and the most smoothyistic (yeah, I said it, smoothyistic) satin voice filtered through red lipstick....Yowza...I had to turn off my screen and listen to the vocals without looking so I could really hear her voice. Seeing and hearing simultaneously was far too great a demand on my senses.
