@sagesarrazine6270 Жыл бұрын
For a threat to be very credible in court, the alleged threatening party must have explicitly said something to the effect of "I will harm you under certain conditions." Not under law. If he was in the same room an could have shot Mike, that would go as self defense or saving someone from an aggressor. But you can't just go commiting murders so that others are not murdered. SAme as how killing Krazy 8 is never self defense since he could not have escaped that basement. Walt should have called the police and there would be no potential for violence from Krazy 8 then. Only if he let him go and he would have attacked him with the Shard (deadly weapon), only at thta point it would be self defense again.

Jesse being sentenced wouldve been a tricky situation. Jesse was originally going to get off all charges for the information provided leading to the capture of walter. But since walter passed away before making it to trial, the dea needed to charge someone for the crimes, which is why they went after skylar, because she didnt know where walt was and went after jesse in el camino. However that being said, if jesse had been charged for his crimes he couldve taken it up to the supreme court, pushing the fact that he tried to leave multiple times, but was threatened, coerced, manipulated, and forced to do the things he did under duress. Likely the supreme court would resolve all charges giving him time served, probation, witness protection, and being placed on a permanent federal watchlist.

Did you leave out his murder of Hector's grandson and his participation in the firefight in Mexico not count since he was outside US jurisdiction at the time? If so, what about illegal travel to Mexico without a legal process? And what about the crimes he did with Mike? Does being an active part of a drug empire not qualify it's own life sentence? And what justice do you think could be provided for him considering all the suffering he went through while imprisoned? Would the court give him some relief for that or do all the charges still stick? Keeping that in mind it could also be classifiable that Jesse's murder of Todd was self-defense against his captor
@freshrimp9013 Жыл бұрын
The killing of Hector's grandson could be chalked up to self defense, Jesse had no idea about the poisoning plan, and when the gun fight started, he fired in self defense while they were leaving. He illegally crossed the border, most likely. With Mike they were picking up dead drops, I have no clue what crime it would be considered, but yeah, given in BCS we people get arrested for the same thing, that is a crime also. While he was a prisoner it's likely he could avoid being charged for any meth he cooked under duress, given they murdered someone when he attempted to escape also he had reason to believe not only was his own life on the line, but innocent people as well. Todd's killing could be self defense, but it would have to be argued, self defense is tricky because they have to prove what you did was necessary, did he have to kill Todd? Todd wasn't a threat at that moment, Todd did not act aggressively towards him there, he could've restrained him or choked him enough to make him pass out without killing him. He'd have to prove 100% killing Todd was justified legally, which could be done possibly given he was a slave, or by the fact Todd might try to kill Brock.

Now we need "If Mike Ehrmantraut was charged for his crimes". Including both BCS and BrBa, that might even be a heftier sentence than Walt.

I’m interested in a video where you charge Mortal Kombat villains were charged for their crimes. Scorpion has done his fair share of bad things. But Villains like Shao Kahn and Shang Tsung are on another level.

Additional Offenses 1:08 - Trespassing, Property Damage, and Burglary (They appear to be carrying a safe out of the building that I'd assume isn't theirs.) 1:42 - Illegal possession of a firearm 2:20 - Property Damage 7:01 - Kidnapping 9:37 - Property Damage 9:40 - Destruction of Property, Arson

Ok but seriously in a real life situation, if we kill the guy attacking with glass even tho he is our prisoner, will that be considered self defense?
@nicholaswhynacht8280 Жыл бұрын
Walt would get conspiracy, first degree murder, and kidnapping. Jesse would get conspiracy, kidnapping and felony murder.

Dumb question: if Jesse was imprisoned for destroying two dead bodies AND is charged $50,000 but can’t pay the fine, what happens then? If he’s already in prison why would he also have to pay?
@andrewli6606 Жыл бұрын
He wouldn’t be able to pay and that’s it.

1. Abduction and first degree murder x8 (the 5 children stuffed in the animatronics in FNAF 1, Charlie, and the child in Funtime Freddy) (also unconfirmed deaths of some children in FNAF 2 that possedd the Toy animatronics) 2. Involuntay manslaughter (Elizabeth Afton) 3. Child neglect (allowed his son Michael to bully and eventually kill his little brother, and the aforementioned death of Elizabeth) 4. Construction of devices with murderous intent x4 (Funtime animatronics) *NOTE: All of Afton's actions after his death in the springlock suit were not performed by him, it was an AI named The Mimic who controls the Springtrap suit and its subsequent forms.*

5 Years for breaking and entering seems excessive. In general, i think he always uses the maximum instead of looking at the circumstances and choosing milder sentences.
