I have lived on board a 50 foot catamaran (that's a boat) for the past 6 years, and yes I can confirm, we only use plastic plates, bowls, cups and everything. We used to have glass wine glasses but they broke within the first few months. :) Btw, boats don't usually rock as much as in the vid.
