The end broke me. I thought Emotional Damage being pitched was a joke, a continuation of the joke, but then when I saw the actual flavors I was like, "WHAT?! This is an AD?!" And then the cherry on top was seeing that Emotional Damage was an honest to God IRL REAL FLAVOR. I am both laughing and happy at this point of Steven's journey. Good for you!!

Tbf, some random idiot stole my books for the entire year and I still got >90% on every subject easily. Mostly because most of my class are idiots and can’t grasp the intention behind the formula as well as I do, then again, gonna have to thank my dad for that (my parents rarely ever force me to study, but when they do it’s somehow better than how school does it, it’s also hella useful and if it’s my mom, generally enjoyable despite the typical downsides that come with Asian parents forcing you to study (typically, my mom is pretty chill and my dad will beat my ass for not answering within 2 seconds). They’re typically out-of-the-box thinkers (sometimes) which I’m greatful for, they don’t just give me a textbook and tell me to read. And they genuinely try to put effort into making it interesting and fun. My mom is great at more subtly implementing learning into something and my dad is more of “just practice until you get it” except he explains the question and the formula (he’s good at math so he sometimes trains me on speed calculations or just helps me with my line of logic in general) really nicely, like, I can actually understand instead of asking the same thing just phrased differently. )
