So, there are some crimes you have overlooked, since before his debut (official), he committing several crimes, they are: Stalking - beginning with It’s Got to be perfect, Puzzles began stalking 4 and the crew, possibly even well before Public Endangerment, Slavery, and Destruction of Property - through the demonic goop and the keyboard, Puzzles (as the Adware) put the crew in danger through the goop, and forced SMG4 through unlawful means to finish his perfect video. Even will be held responsible for the destruction of Peach’s castle. Bodily Mutilation by Proxy - mutilated peach indirectly Mass Kidnapping by Proxy - helped Wren kidnapped the gang and trapped them in the simulation Psychological torture by proxy - although you counted this, Wren is mostly responsible for Meggys mental state throughout Western Spaghetti. Even though Wren caused it, Puzzles incited it making him a proxy. Since Wren is deceased, Puzzles will be held accountable for the torture and psychological harm wren caused (which will in fact result in a restraining order) Theft by Proxy - provided and caused Marty and Mario to steal SMG3s note book Fraud and Deception - posing as the Adware, he deliberately sold the keyboard and showgrounds to Smg4 for the soul purpose of his own personal objective of achieving 5 star rating, which would presumably evolve into Manipulation to his own personal gain.
