Maybe 20 - 25 years jail time and 15 - 20 years in a mental asylum. Rusty was brainwashed so her crimes are the Chaos Council’s responsibility. + 20 years jail time to their sentence. Dread. Reckless endangerment. Reneging on his deal with Sonic, spreading lies and threatening Sonic. However it should be noted that Sonic really did want to steal the blue spread. 7 - 12 years jail time. Shadow. Stealing Sonic’s gear and multiple attacks to Sonic. He didn’t have bad intentions so 4 years jail time. Thorn. Attempted starvation and attempted murder. 10 years jail time. The Scavengers. Wrecking The forest and how they treated Sonic. 7 years jail time.

He did give Sonic multiple chances to come quietly and end the war, and Sonic threatened his life first and began working with dictators. So this one is in a grey zone and Self Defense. A couple years jail time and a few years in a mental facility. Nine’s attempts to kidnap the pirates. He was acting under pressure but The Pirates never did anything to him. + 5 years jail time. Reckless endangerment. Nine turning over New Yoke and increasing the decaying. The latter was an accident he did while trying to stop the decaying and in a way without needing to capture/kill Sonic. For the former, Nine did not realize he was endangering others and immediately regretted it but quickly went along with it when he got jealous, so it’s + 6 years jail time and + 5 years mental facility. Nine’s attempts to battle while in the Grim. The Chaos Council was planning to kill everyone including him, so self defense. Nine’s attempts to harm Sails and Mangey due to jealousy. This was a specific attack due to jealousy. + 3 more years Mental facility and 4 more years jail time. Nine’s attempts to steal Sonic’s identity and life. + 5 years jail time and + 6 mental facility. Nine’s final plans in the second to last episode. At this point, he was no longer limiting his attacks to just doing what it takes to save the day, now he actually wanted to harm everyone, + 10 years jail time and + 7 years mental facility.
