Interesting points but weekly wash and deep conditioning os very good though based on individual but using a moisturizing shampoo wont strip your hair. Weekly shampoo and deep conditioner is a game changer especially when you prepoo too. 👍

@sararukkybello7 I used to wash my hair weekly, but that was too much manipulation for my strands. I’m now washing my hair every two to three months, keeping my scalp cleansed, keeping my strands hydrated and oiled…my hair is in the best shape ever. The thickness and length retention is through the roof. So it really does come down to what works best for the person. ☺️🌺
