Back to my chain from last video. Being in war technically excuses killing enemy combatants, so Heavy is mostly off the hook, at least as cinematic counts. Same goes for demoman, despite having killed a medic, the medic was armed to kill, so the geneva convention doesn't apply at the time of the kill. And same goes for soldier. Even though the medic doesn't have a medical license, the enemy wouldn't know that because the medic wears clear medical uniform clothing for the enemy to ID their Opforce. So he's treated as a legal combat medic until details arise. And again, he was armed to kill, not to heal, so it's not a war crime. Also, using a rocket launcher to kill enemies is technically not illegal, as long as the enemy hasn't surrendered or is a civilian. At worse, he'd be charged with the war crime of having the heads of his enemies.
